I think the fact that you can still fit into a sweater from high school is a sign that you're aging well :)

I would like to point out that although the sweater is 10 years old, it has no holes, does not smell bad, and is pilling only minimally. It's actually looking pretty good for a 10-year-old sweater... It may have taken the wear of 10 years better than its wearer.

if it's comfy, keep it! I still have a couple tshirts that are vintage 1997 (when I graduated HS) Holes or not, they are mine!
